To strengthen the team at our headquarters in Planegg-Martinsried near Munich, we are looking for a

Product Manager (m/f/d) for Ultrastable Lasers

Your tasks

• You will be responsible for our Utrastable Lasers product family, during the entire product life cycle (incl. budget, revenue, profit, etc.)
• You develop and maintain the product roadmap
• You occupy a unique position at the interface between customers and various internal departments, and manage inter-departmental communication
• You lead the conception and definition of new products and oversee their development, from idea to product release
• You conduct competitive analyses, analyze market and customer requirements, and create and implement action plans
• You contribute to product marketing through appropriate communication and marketing measures, as well as the creation of sales documents
• You actively expand our customer and partner network

Our expectations

• You have a degree in physics, photonics, laser technology, electrical engineering or a similar field, preferably with a doctorate
• You have excellent knowledge of cw lasers, ultrastable lasers, high finesse cavities, and stabilization electronics, ideally combined with several years of experience in product and/or project management
• You convince with your strong communication skills, flexibility, team spirit as well as a systematic and analytical way of thinking
• You enjoy business trips within Europe, as well as occasionally to destinations worldwide
• You have excellent English language skills, and preferably also speak German
