Description

Our terahertz spectrometer TERA K15 provides a complete solution for fast broadband time-domain THz spectroscopy, and is known for its robustness and versatility of applications. The fiber coupled configuration is designed for operation with laser pulses at around 1.5 µm and ensures high performance and flexibility in transmission and reflection geometry. The fiber coupled THz path can be positioned outside the spectrometer housing. The system software features remote control for seamless integration into existing experiments. The TERA K15 includes our latest figure 9® femtosecond laser source, the fiber coupled optical light path with delay line, THz wave path with THz emitter, THz detector and THz optics, THz electronics, and PC with data aquisition and evaluation software for FFT spectrum, n and α extraction. For THz imaging applications our automated extension unit TERA Image can be integrated.

  • Reflection Guide Add-on for flexible THz measurement geometry

    THz path pivot platform for quick and flexible manual adjustment of the reflection angle, ranging from a minimal reflection angle of 38° to normal up to a stretched configuration for measurements in transmission geometry. A scale for measurement angle indication is included. The platform assures automatic angle adjustment of the sample holder.
