450 mW Average Power in 515 nm High Power fs Laser
The standard frequency doubled Yb lasers have around 100 mW average power at 515 nm. That was not enough for the application of the customer. Further, the system should operate at the repetition rate of 118 MHz but also at much lower repetition rates around 1-5 MHz. The solution consists of an Yb femtosecond laser with 1,9 W average power at the fundamental wavlength and 450 mW in 102 fs pulses at 515 nm. The integrated pulse picker allows for the lower repetition rate.
