Sales & Marketing Assistant
As Sales & Marketing Assistant for the Chinese market at Menlo, you’ll be responsible for supporting our Regional Manager for China in daily organizational & operational matters. This includes but is not limited to:
- Coordinating the sales-related communication flow among departments
- Keep the customer and projects database up-to-date in our ERP system
- Implementing & managing documentations, i.e. tenders, letter of credits, etc.
- Preparing decision memos, presentations & reports
- Ensuring that sales representatives in the field are in contact with home office staff
- Completing a variety of administrative & office management tasks
Your workplace is located in our headquarters in Martinsried.
- Higher education (bachelor) or equal through experience
- Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Chinese & English are fundamental to this role; speaking German helps.
- Sales experience (preferred)
- Computer skills (MS Office, ERP)
- A quick mind, structured & pragmatic & proactive, with a bias for action
- Goal-oriented & a can-do-attitude.
